Ingredients
1 (3 - 4 lb) Chicken
Krustease Buttermilk Pancake Mix for coating chicken
Garlic Salt and Pepper
Wesson Oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.

Wash, clean and dry chicken. Dredge chicken in pancake mix then place in hot oil to brown. After lightly browned place on paper towel to drain. When all chicken is lightly browned place the chicken in a baking disk. Add some clean oil to each piece of chicken and place in the oven and cook for 1 hour.

When chicken is done, remove from baking pan and cover. Use the drippings for your gravy.
